Floor + adapter review
Revenue's been flat the last couple of weeks. Can you dig into the top placements and flag anything worth tuning before month-end?
Analyzed 14 days of Prebid data · 3 placements

Hey Jamie — I pulled the last 14 days of Prebid auction data for your top 3 placements. Header bidding fill rate is at 87%, but I noticed your floor prices on desktop_leaderboard_atf haven't been adjusted since March. Bid density there has dropped 22% — looks like a couple of buyers churned out.

I drafted three changes:

  1. Lower the floor on desktop_leaderboard_atf from $1.20 → $0.85 (projected +6% fill, neutral revenue)
  2. Add Magnite + Sovrn to the mobile_mrec_btf adapter list (currently only 4 SSPs competing)
  3. Enable lazy loading on sidebar_skyscraper — it's below the fold on 78% of sessions

Three problems. Zero good options.

01.

Slow insights

You need answers about your setup and your performance. You wait hours — sometimes days — for someone to pull a report and get back to you.

Making a wrapper change means filing a ticket or risking a manual mistake that costs real money. So you move slowly, or you don’t move at all

03.

Fragmented data

Your performance data is in one place. Your wrapper config is in another. Your ad server is in a third. You're stitching together the picture yourself, every single day

15-30%

of potential revenue is lost by most publishers running header bidding — to configuration drift, slow reaction time, and decisions made on incomplete data.

No platform has been built to fix this. Until now.

We built a platform that sees your entire stack, understands what's happening, and acts on it — with your permission, every time.

Not a dashboard you have to interpret. Not a managed service you have to wait on. Something else.

"Publishers have had three options: pay for a managed service that's slow and opaque, do it yourself and hope nothing breaks, or buy a platform that demos well and disappears after the contract is signed. We built the fourth."
