The opportunity:
We’re hiring a Senior Director, Business Development to drive new publisher partnerships and help shape how enterprise media companies modernize their monetization stack. This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on winning new SaaS business, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3–6 months), and influencing how our product and go-to-market evolve. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across revenue, product, and engineering—and position Aditude as a core infrastructure partner, not a vendor.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound through close
- Close strategic deals with enterprise publishers and digital media companies
- Position Aditude as an infrastructure provider—not a managed service
- Translate highly technical capabilities and concepts into business outcomes that show value for publishers.
- Provide direct feedback to product and leadership based on market needs
- Help refine messaging, packaging, and positioning
- Attend key industry events and conferences
- Host strategic dinners and build executive-level relationships
- Act as a thought partner to publishers navigating industry shifts
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in business development, publisher development, or enterprise adtech sales
- Proven ability to close $15K+ SaaS MRR deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
- Deep understanding of programmatic, header bidding, and publisher monetization ecosystems
- Comfortable operating as a strategic IC in a fast-moving environment
- Experience selling technical or infrastructure-based products (not just managed services)
- Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders credibly
- Strong point of view on where publisher monetization is heading

- Salary: In this role, you’ll receive a competitive base salary of $140,000 to $185,000 in addition to commission (uncapped percentage of net revenue from Day 1)
